The art of evoking emotion between glasses and scenography: my interview for Wedding Planners Pro
What truly makes a wedding unforgettable? Flawless aesthetics, or that subtle emotion that catches the senses when you least expect it?
I recently had the opportunity to share my vision in an exclusive interview for Wedding Planners Pro, the school of excellence where I continue to refine my method. It was a moment to pause and reflect on what sets my approach apart: the union of meticulous planning and my soul as a sommelier.
The banquet as the heart of the event
In the interview, we explored how food and wine are not mere “courses,” but the true storytellers of a couple’s journey. For me, designing an event means shaping a sensory path where every glass resonates in harmony with music and lighting. I spoke about bespoke pairings, because there is no such thing as the “right” wine— only the one that is perfect for that precise moment. I revealed the technical soul behind the dream: what happens behind the scenes when the direction must remain invisible, yet flawless. And finally, the emotion within a glass — sharing which wine I would choose to narrate an “elegant yet passionate” love story (a small spoiler: it has to do with the velvety depth of Amarone della Valpolicella…).
Beyond aesthetics: the pursuit of atmosphere
Attention often falls on the venue, yet true magic lies in the atmosphere. In the interview, I explain how an apparently tiny detail—such as the aroma of freshly baked bread or an impromptu tasting beneath a pergola—can transform an event into an enduring memory guests will carry with them for years.
If you would like to discover how I turn technical complexity into a seamless, sensory experience, I invite you to read the full interview.
